Ignatius Fischer
As challenging as it is to write, produce, shoot, direct or edit a project the greater challenge for an indie artist is to find a way to maintain a life/job that allows them to continue. Ignatius Fischer has found perhaps the best way, using his skills to make a living with projects that keep him in the field and expand his abilities, yielding freedom to develop his own projects.
His portfolio includes national commercials, cinematic book trailers, short films, reality tv, interviews, industrial work, event coverage and web series. His resume grows longer and longer, the volume increasing each year as his network expands, knowledge of his ability becoming more widespread. His skill as a cinematographer is amazing, his show reel containing work so diverse that it’s hard to believe it’s the work of one person.
At ICF 2013 we’re screening some of his best work in this year’s Official Festival Sponsored feature film, “Vertical” and helping to launch his fantasy action-adventure web series, "Freelancers."
Ignatius has credits as a writer, director, cinematographer, camera operator, and editor.
